1. Using Homeroom

You may use our Services only if you can form a binding contract with Homeroom and are not barred from receiving services under applicable laws. If you're under 13, you may not use our Services. If you're between 13 and 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission.

2. Your Homeroom Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account, so please use a strong password and limit access to your account. You agree not to share your account credentials or give others access to your account.

3. Your Content

Any content you submit, upload, or display on or through the Services is your "User Content." You retain all rights to your User Content, but you grant Homeroom a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to provide you with the Services.

4. Google Classroom Integration

Our Services integrate with Google Classroom. By connecting your Google Classroom account, you authorize us to access and display your classroom data within our app. This integration is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. School Licensing

Schools may purchase licenses for Homeroom. These licenses are subject to additional terms that will be provided at the time of purchase. School administrators have additional rights to manage user accounts within their organization.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to breach or circumvent security measures
• Interfere with the proper working of the Services
• Use the Services to distribute malware or harmful code
• Scrape or collect user data without permission

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason. You may also stop using our Services at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homeroom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with a new effective date.
